This charming third-floor, three-bedroom apartment is located in a small and exclusive complex, Mont Salonica, no more than five minutes' walk from the beautiful Arenal beach in Jávea. It has an extremely large and completely private roof terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the valley and low hills, towards the impressive Montgó Mountain in Javea.
In the apartment itself, the spacious living and dining areas are elegantly furnished and there is a large, conveniently located open-plan kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level, two of the bedrooms have the same magnificent views as the living room and terrace. Note: air conditioning is only available in the living room. In the nearby family beach of Arenal, there are safe bathrooms, water sports and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Even closer than the sandy beach of Arenal and approximately one minute's walk from the apartment is the rocky beach, excellent for snorkelling, diving and fishing.
The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 2 km away. The Costa Blanca also has many golf courses, the closest being just 10 minutes by car.
JH Advice: Salonica Attic is located just 250 metres from the Sea Mountain and 150 metres from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are located. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
